Each participant is responsible for arranging accommodation individually.  

Use the keyword “microvascular” for a better rate. The Hotel is within walking distance (10–15 minutes)  of the Workshop venue. 

All hotel rooms are non-smoking and are equipped with a private bathroom with a shower or bath, hairdryer, LCD TV with satellite receiver, telephone, minibar and private safe. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all hotel rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.  

Check-in: from 14:00 | Check-out: by 10:00  

Reception: Open 24/7 

Standard Rooms 

Single room: 70 EUR / per night 

Double room: 90 EUR / per night 

The local city tax is 1.5 EUR per person / per night and is payable together with the accommodation.  

The price includes parking and breakfast. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00.

Payment Method

Participants can choose one of the following options:

•  Payment upon arrival at the hotel reception – cash or card (preferred method).

•  Advance payment by invoice – invoice can be requested before arrival.

Please note that advance payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy 

•  48 hours before arrival, by 14:00   no cancellation fee 

•  24 hours before arrival, by 14:00   50% of the first night’s price 

•  On the day of arrival or no-show    100% of the first night’s price
