REGISTRATION 

1.Complete the online registration form (Side menu - Registration - On-line registration)

The deadline is September 30, 2026. 

Please ensure that the form is filled out accurately and completely, and your e-mail address is correct, to avoid delays in processing. 

2. After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging your acceptance to the Workshop. 

3. Upon receiving the confirmation, please make your payment within 7 days.  

Payment instructions are included in the confirmation e-mail and also provided below in the payment information section.

The Workshop has a capacity of twenty participants.

You will then be added to the waiting list and we will keep you informed of your position on the list. We will contact you as soon as a place becomes available, in the order in which participants are registered.

FEE PAYMENT 

Within three working days, you will receive the e-mail confirmation of your registration and acceptance to the Workshop and the payment information. We kindly ask you to make your payment within 7 days. You will receive the e-mail confirmation of the payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Registration fee 

Until September 24, 2026                            no cancellation fee 

From September 25 to October 9, 2026      50% cancellation fee of the cancelled order 

From October 10, 2026                                100% cancellation fee of the cancelled order 

The Workshop Secretariat must be notified of cancellations in written form via e-mail: 

jarolimova@bos-congress.cz and the receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed.  

Cancellation by phone will not be accepted.  

Refund Policy 

Cancellations made during the "no-fee" period: a one-time administrative fee of 10 EUR will be deducted from the paid amount, which will be refunded to your account. 

Cancellation within the period with applicable cancellation fees: the paid amount will be refunded  to the account from which the payment was made, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee.  

Refunds will be processed after the Workshop has concluded.
