2. Complete the online registration form and order all required services. 

3. The form can be saved or printed after submission. 

4. After we receive your registration, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail including the invoice and payment information.

From October 1 to October 15, 2026          75% cancellation fee of the cancelled order

Lunch and social programme 

Until October 25, 2026                               no cancellation fee 

From October 26 to October 31, 2026       50% cancellation fee of the cancelled order 

From November 1, 2026                            100% cancellation fee of the cancelled order 

Accommodation 

Until August 12, 2026                                  no cancellation fee 

From August 13 to September 30, 2026     30% cancellation fee of the total price of the cancelled accommodation 

From October 1 to October 23, 2026          90% cancellation fee of the total price of the cancelled accommodation 

From October 24, 2026                             100% cancellation fee of the total price of the cancelled accommodation 

The Congress Secretariat must be notified of cancellations in written form via e-mail: info@bos-congress.cz and the 

receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted.  

Refund Policy   

•  Cancellation within the period without cancellation fees: a one-time administrative fee of 10 EUR will be deducted from the paid amount, which will be refunded to your account. 

•  Cancellation within the period with applicable cancellation fees: the paid amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee.  

Refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.
